Opening for 2nd shift 2:30- 11:00 PM
Pay: Weekly pay, starting at $18.35 + $1.25 shift differential AND $1/hr Weekly Attendance Bonus. Pay is dependent on experience and weld test.

Robotic welder will set up semi-automatic MIG welding equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. Responsible for weld repair machine produced defects.
Essential Functions
Required but not limited to:

Performs basic equipment maintenance and daily safety checks as prescribed (changing tips, nozzles, and using nozzle dip).
Operates automatic welding machine and be able to use basic hand tools and measuring devices (calipers, tape measure and micrometers).
Visually inspects product for defects and product errors. Able to make simple repairs to non-conforming product.
Manually loads, unloads, and adjusts placement in the machine of material and work pieces to be processed.
Monitors the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating.
Following prescribed frequency, measures dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
Meets or exceeds production rates and quality standards.
Assures pieces and material received for processing and removed after processing are tagged with correct count and identification number, without multiple tags.
Maintains work area.
