About the Team
This position will be part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence where you will be working on projects and programs which enables recruiters to do their jobs better. You will be part of an international team where you'll get to interact with people primarily in the US, HQ Shenzhen and have exposure to colleagues based globally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Working closely with recruiters and hiring team, to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes
Working with the team to manage and improve our employee referral program, including but not limited to promoting internal referral openings to motivate employees to refer candidates.
Hands-on experience to recruitment mechanics and behind-the scenes work which in turn, improves the overall candidate experience
Participating in recruiting programs, events, and activities when needed, including but not limited to Employer Branding Program, ATS CRM management, etc.
Participating and managing Talent Community Programs and seeking out potential candidates via Social Recruitment
Supporting Recruitment processes by sourcing, identifying, and attracting targeted candidates, for both technical and non-technical positions.
Key Attributes and Background
Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with interests in developing a career in human resource, talent acquisition and recruitment etc.,
Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to deliver a satisfying customer service experience
Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates
