LHH is actively seeking a Data Analyst for a global manufacturing company in the Elk Grove Village area. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing team and support a successful sales organization. Fluency is Japanese is a must.
This role is responsible for working closely with the sales team to provide analytical support in the areas of forecasts, audit support, database management and mid/long term projects.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
Prepare mid and long term sales forecasts
Generate weekly and monthly departmental reporting
Audit preparation and support
Maintain master material information in the ERP system
Participate in market research projects
Analysis historical and forecasted data to identify trends
Identify areas of inconsistency or concern
Additional duties as needed
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2+ years of Analyst experience
Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets
ERP system experience, SAP a strong plus
Advanced Excel skills
Tableau or Power BI experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working both individually or part of a team
