Provide personalized feedback and guidance to athletes, helping them set and achieve their tumbling goals.
Stay abreast of the latest tumbling techniques, trends, and safety standards to enhance the quality of instruction.
Participate in community events and gym promotions to foster a sense of belonging and community among athletes and families.
Tumbling:
Conduct tumbling sessions for individuals and groups, tailoring instruction to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of participants.
Design and implement skill development plans for athletes, ensuring a clear progression path from basic to advanced tumbling skills.
Monitor and evaluate athlete progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting training methods to optimize individual growth and achievement.
Engage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance coaching skills, including attending workshops, certifications, and coaching clinics relevant to tumbling and gymnastics.
Assist in the maintenance and setup of tumbling equipment, ensuring a safe and effective training environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tumbling instruction, with a strong foundation in gymnastics or cheerleading preferred.
