Description:
The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer looking for a Production Manager for their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee team of production supervisors across shifts including sanitation
- Manage production processes to make sure product is made safely and efficiently while cultivating a safe work environment for all associates
- Collaboration with senior leaders in quality, warehouse, safety, engineering, maintenance, and HR
- Participate on process improvement initiatives to improve processes and upgrades to equipment to achieve efficiencies
- Monitor KPIs for overall efficiency success
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but will consider additional experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of food or beverage manufacturing management experience is required, including leading salaried direct reports
- Experience with new line start up within the plant and line optimization is required
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required!
