NC/CNC Operator C - 3rd Shift at Amsted Rail in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

·         Run one or two NC/CNC machines.

·         Change machine tools as necessary.

·         Inspect parts to required tolerances and specifications per in-process inspection and/or engineering drawing and or visual requirements. Operator finishes parts to appropriate quality standards. 

·         Perform routine maintenance to equipment.

·         Accurately enter time and labor reporting daily.

·         Work safely and maintain a clean work area.

·         Perform minor assembly functions as required.

·         Maintain acceptable levels of production.

·         Report equipment and or material problems.

Qualifications include

·    HS Diploma or equivalent.

·    Basic math and reading skills.

·    Ability to stand for approximately 10 hours per day.

·    Ability to lift a minimum of 85 lbs. approximately 5 - 10 times per hour.
