Job Description:

The Manufacturing Technician 2 - 2nd shift at the Broadway site is responsible for setting up and preparing products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning up equipment and manufacturing suites after production operations, complete batch records during the production of products, and always follow all safety and quality policies. Job duties include:Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30 pmSet-up and operation of processing equipment with emphasis on scales / balancesDelivers products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jackClean up equipment and working areas after production operationsCoordinate appropriate disposal of waste and complete compliance documentationCommunicate the status of production operations/equipment and bring deviations to attention of supervisorProvide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelinesExecute batch records in SAPEnsure all applicable logbooks have been filled out completelyFollow production procedures and safety policies at all timeUse, clean, and store all personal protective gear appropriatelyLabel all in process equipment and containers properlyTake action and resolve any unsafe conditionsParticipate in safety and quality training activitiesPerform In-Process assaysSetup, dispense, and package technically challenging products



Physical Attributes:



Wear appropriate PPE for production processes including but not limited to full face respirators, gloves, and suits)Lifting and pushing up to 50 pounds



Who you are:




Minimum Qualifications:



High School Diploma or GED1 + years of manufacturing experience



Preferred Qualifications:



Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and scienceExperience with safe chemical handling methodsEffective written and oral communication skillsGood computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational skillsRSREMD
