Some Job Responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of the RM to ensure that all individuals at their site receive support that is consistent with Support with Dignity and the Core Competencies.
It is the responsibility of the RM to ensure that all staff at their site are thoroughly trained.
It is the responsibility of the RM to effectively communicate and collaborate within their department as well as with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
It is the responsibility of the RM to ensure that the interior and exterior (including vehicles) of the site are clean, tidy and well maintained.
It is the responsibility of the RM to ensure that Office and Business procedures are completed timely and accurately.
It is the responsibility of the RM to effectively plan, manage and monitor individual programming and treatment.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Two years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Complete and maintain AMAP and SCIP certification, as per the Center's policy.

This position will have a differential added into the salary upon hire.
