Senior Project Manager with Healthcare construction project experience required in Palo Alto, California

They have a strong reputation in the market for delivering high quality & innovative Design Build projects across multiple sectors. They currently have an opening for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a Healthcare background to join the healthcare division in Palo Alto, California.
Your new role
As a Senior Project Manager your role will be to oversee and lead the project management team on multiple technically complex Healthcare Renovation project with budgets in the $20m - $100m range. These are all in occupied buildings. They will be OSPHD regulated and technically complex and you will lead the projects from preconstruction to close.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
10-15 years construction experience
Design build experience ideally with recent OSHPD Healthcare projects or alternatively large commercial technically complex projects
Budgeting experience from preconstruction to close
Strong relationship management team leadership & excellent communication
IT savvy using multiple like Proconstruction softwares like Procore, Plangrid & Bluebeam
