Tenneco is seeking a Manager of Organizational Development and Learning. The Manager of Organizational Development (OD) & Learning for the Americas will be responsible for the Cultivation of Tenneco Talent in the Pipeline, leading initiatives that enhance organizational performance, culture, and talent development across the region. This role requires a strategic and innovative leader who can design and implement OD and learning strategies that align with the organization's objectives and support a high-performance culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regional Managers Organizational Development & Learning: Responsible for Leadership Development for key target groups in AMERICAS and SME for some key processes for development and deployment of key programs; as well as deployment of rotational programs for Operations and Engineering in all regions; strategic definition, branding & deployment of intern programs in all regions; college recruiting strategy deployment in all regions; works closely with Pipeline Team (REPORT TO ADINDA) Engage, Inform and Retain RN candidates by implementing the RN Roadmap for identified priority groups, starting with P&L leaders. ?
  • Create and implement the Development Roadmap for R1 successors to fast-track their development for P&L roles
  • Identify capability gaps, coach on development plants and leverage a variety of development methods
  • Support to define success profiles of critical/key roles
  • Partners with the Pipeline Team, TA, HRVP's and business leaders to assess learning needs and develop scalable solutions across the Americas region.

  • Develop and execute organizational development strategies that drive cultural change, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that meet the needs of the organization and its diverse workforce.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of OD and learning programs, utilizing metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure the activities support the success of the business priorities and goals.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
  • Manage and develop the OD and Learning Americas resources, if any, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in organizational development, talent development, or a related field, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing comprehensive learning and OD programs.
  • Excellant leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective development strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience in delivering training and workshops.
  • Knowledge in learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning tools.
  • Relevant certifications in training, OD, or coaching are a plus.
  • Experience managing OD and Learning initiatives across the Americas or in a multinational company.
  • Agile and adaptable to move with the focus and the priorities of the business
  • Strong team player with the colleagues in the COE overall and the Pipeline team more specific, focusing on the team win.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience supporting diverse and inclusive workplaces.
