Tenneco is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Organizational Development and Learning Specialist to spearhead our diversity-driven talent acquisition initiatives and leadership development programs across the Americas, with a vision for global expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Activate program to enhance gender and ethnic diversity within STEM fields through campus recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with universities, HBCUs, NSBE, SWE, and internal BRGs.
  • Represent TENNECO at campus events to attract, screen, and refer top STEM talent for internships, co-ops, and entry-level roles.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Pipeline teams to integrate qualified candidates into our talent development pathways.
  • Extend the Activate program's strategy to global regions, ensuring cultural adaptability and regional team collaboration.
  • Oversee the Accelerate rotational program, from branding and participant engagement to managing the development journey of operational and engineering high potentials, preparing them for leadership roles.
  • Duplicate the success of the Accelerate program across global regions, tailoring it to local needs and talent pools.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, especially within STEM fields.
  • Strong global perspective with experience in implementing programs across different regions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid program management capabilities, including branding, communication, candidate selection, and development tracking.
  • A deep understanding of organizational culture, core values, and a strategic focus on a culture of execution.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel extensively, especially during recruitment
