Neuromodulation Core R&D brings together project teams in a collaborative group to support R&D activities for the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health operating units . Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health operating units offer devices and therapies to treat chronic pain, movement disorders, overactive bladder, non-obstructive urinary retention and fecal incontinence, and much more!
We are currently looking for a Senior Principal Test Engineerto join the Therapy Delivery Systems (TDS) test team in Fridley , Minnesota.Be a part of an engineering team that develops a portfolio of powerful Neuromodulation technologies, setting the highest standards of integrity and reliability in deep brain stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, targeted drug delivery, and pelvic health.
A Day in the Life
The Senior Principal Test Engineer is a key technical member of the TDS test team. In this role you will d evelop and validate new test methods , improve existing test methods, and lead the execut ion of mechanical and electrical tests for implantable leads , extensions, catheters and related accessories . This testing will be used to support regulatory submissions and ongoing new product development . You will w ork on complex technical problems to provide solutions which are highly innovative and apply advanced engineering principles, theories, and concepts .

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico. Base pay is based on numerous factors and may vary by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, etc. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
