Joining our HPE Hybrid Cloud team and working as part of our OpsRamp team is a chance to make history and be a driving force in the industry. What We're Looking For:

You are a self-starter and consultative problem solver with strong project management skills with experience leading change management to support a rapidly evolving organization. You do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves and strategically approach each new operational process improvement with a "start-up" mindset through quick iterations and measuring what matters. You have experienced what good looks like and can help create a roadmap to operational excellence, with clear plans and measurable milestones to bring others along the journey.

You're comfortable interacting cross-functionally at all levels, from operational functions to customer-facing leaders, and understand how to navigate the broader company. You're a team player and are known for your ability to build and create value for cross-functional relationships.

While you thrive in ambiguity, you're highly organized, and detail-oriented and are passionate about designing and implementing processes to keep everyone on track and grow and transform HPE OpsRamp BU's go-to-market businesses.

What you'll do:


  • Manage and streamline operating cadence for VP, Hybrid Cloud SaaS, OpsRamp, including centralized tracking of all project plans, milestones, and dependencies.

  • Maintain VP, Hybrid Cloud SaaS, OpsRamp organization OKR framework and interconnectedness with other HPE's OKR for alignment to goals.

  • Streamline key processes (budgeting, GTM tech stack, investment requests, etc) and work with Hybrid Cloud SaaS, OpsRamp leaders for constancy in the execution of company deliverables, such as annual planning cycles, and contributions for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

  • Support long-range goal planning for HPE OpsRamp BU, translating multi-quarter aspirational outcomes to near-term milestones and priorities within a simplified narrative format

  • Build effective cross-functional relationships across HPE OpsRamp BU with colleagues in Finance, HR, Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Marketing, and others.

  • Support VP, Hybrid Cloud SaaS, OpsRamp weekly leadership meeting agendas, planning team off-sites, Quarterly Town Halls, and creative ways to foster our culture within the team

  • Act on behalf of VP, Hybrid Cloud SaaS, OpsRamp where needed within cross-functional meetings and initiatives for feedback and input

  • Provide honest and thoughtful feedback to VP, Hybrid Cloud SaaS, OpsRamp as an advisor/thought partner. Develops recommendation from complex data and business analyses and formulates them into business plans.

  • Drives the construction of highly innovative statistical and financial models to analyze new aspects of business performance.

  • Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.

  • Leads highly complex, time- sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders.

  • Staffs and manages cross- functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.

  • Drives all aspects of priority projects and makes final team decisions.

  • Develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities as partners with client business leaders.

  • Develops and drives comprehensive business plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience.

  • Identifies or develops cutting- edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

  • Counsels business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions

What you'll need:


  • 10+ years experience in an analytical role at a fast-paced startup/public company or prior Chief of Staff Experience - background in GTM operations, project management, change management, and consulting, strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment is strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to draw insights from unorganized information and help drive process improvements accordingly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - the ability to clearly articulate business issues and recommend/synthesize solutions.

  • Ownership mentality with a strong desire to make the entire team successful - a Self-starter, motivated by achieving measuring and goals within the team setting and who independently drives initiatives.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or a related field.

USD Annual Salary: $133,000.00 - $322,000.00
