Job Description:
- Prepare new hires for job (provide PPE, review job and workday plans, show work areas, etc.)
- Deliver new hires and temp assignees to their assigned work areas and jobs
- Create Job Breakdown Sheets (JBS) and OPL (one-point lessons) for various production jobs
- Assist managers/supervisors with translating needs
- Manage and update various reports related to Continuous Improvement and Training projects
- Conduct comprehensive Quarterly Safety/Food Safety Training via Alchemy for employees
- Assist with Red Zone applications and projects
- Assist with other various administrative functions as needed
- Utilize various available technologies and tools to enhance training directives
