Job Description:
This is a varied delivery leadership role with the following responsibilities.
with PM for organizing all workshops discussionsstakeholder connects.
reporting on the progress of the engagement and highlight any challenges early
in leading a team of 15 members.
in data migration product implementation team management external client interaction
project management quality assurance and control procedures.
to ensure scope is effectively controlled in accordance with project definition.
closely with architects technical teams Business analysts to deliver project scope on time on budget and with high quality deliverables
effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project technology and functionality.
Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates project budgets and timelines
required controls and proposed improvements as required including quality plans issues and action logs risk management plans and change control plans for all aspects of the assignment.
the delivery team drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.

Required Qualifications and Background
At least 9 years' experience in leading a team of 15 member in delivering Salesforce projects.
