A leading IT consulting service provider is seeking a seasoned Software Developer with a strong background in software development and technical risk analysis to support a crucial program for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. This role focuses on leveraging cloud technologies to design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring the development of effective software solutions that meet user needs and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage applications within leading cloud environments, including AWS, Oracle, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and IBM.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of a new application, providing long-term support and maintenance.
Develop web-based applications, analyzing user requirements to deliver software solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
Play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a high-profile, mission-critical application utilized daily.
Requirements:
Proficiency with front-end web development tools, specifically Node.js and NPM.
Expertise in developing APIs using JavaScript Object Notion (JSON).
Security clearance required: TS/SCI Full Scope Poly
Strong experience in software development with languages such as TypeScript and JavaScript, with an understanding of strongly typed programming concepts.
Experience with Node.js NPM and familiarity with Integrated Development Environments (IDE) such as Visual Studio.
Demonstrated ability in using markup languages like JSON, CSS, and HTML for software development.
Proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful interfaces.
Experience in developing and maintaining applications hosted on Linux or Unix systems using Apache server.
