Description:
We seek a highly skilled Senior Cloud Software Developer with expertise in cloud development and a passion for leveraging data for business analysis. This pivotal role involves collaborating with data scientists and engineers to enhance cloud computing capabilities, developing innovative tools and scripts for AI model deployment, and designing sophisticated software pipelines for data analysis. The successful candidate will be crucial in optimizing cloud solutions to ensure they are efficient, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities:
Architect and document advanced cloud-on-prem hybrid solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Enhance cloud computing technologies for improved data analysis and business intelligence delivery.
Develop and maintain tools and scripts for effective AI model monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and deployment.
Optimize cloud solutions focusing on critical performance metrics, including availability, latency, performance, security, and capacity planning.
Design and implement cloud microservices, integrating cloud resources with on-premise computation servers for high performance.
Innovate storage and hosting solutions for data integrity and accessibility.
Build and manage software pipelines for efficient data querying, merging, and analysis.
Lead technical requirements management, system builds, upgrades, and fixes across various environments.
Provide support for code deployments, assisting both developers and data scientists.
Employ microservices architecture and agile development methodologies for all engineering tasks.
Create and deploy analytical software packages and virtual environments in secure settings.
Requirements:
Expertise in Python, Bash, and Terraform with proven application in cloud environments.
Proficient use of Anaconda for development purposes.

Solid experience with CI/CD pipeline tools including Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
Demonstrated capability in automated testing and deployment of cloud infrastructure and configurations.
Strong background in cloud technology administration and provisioning, especially AWS, with a focus on data science applications.
Experienced in deploying and managing ETL workflows, notably Apache NiFi.
Proficient in SQL database management within cloud-based relational databases.
Skilled in optimizing connections between cloud services and on-prem high-performance computing servers.
Knowledgeable in DevSecOps practices and tools.
Extensive experience in cybersecurity, covering a broad range of domains from governance to secure software development.
Competent in preparing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Optional Skills & Experience:
Experience in fine-tuning AI models for tasks such as classification and prediction.
Proven ability to optimize AI model deployment in cloud settings.
Knowledge of Flask or other front-end web development frameworks.
Experience with Tableau for creating visualizations from cloud-hosted data.
