PRIMARY DUTIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities:


  • Serving as the primary point of contact for warranty-related matters, taking full ownership of projects after execution/commissioning.

  • Managing warranty claims and ensuring timely resolution to meet client expectations.

  • Applying your technical knowledge and project delivery expertise to provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the project life cycle.

  • Successfully meeting project goals, including budget, schedule, and quality targets, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to address client concerns and provide technical support.

  • Maintaining accurate records of warranty claims, tracking progress, and generating reports for management.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, such as reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other deliverables.

  • Fostering a culture of open and effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.

  • Collaborating with local business development teams to support proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and participate in interviews.

  • Actively participating in professional associations, attending, and contributing to local, regional, and national conferences.

  • Conducting field activities, including site visits, to ensure project progress and compliance.

  • Providing on-the-job training to customer staff.


SCOPE: We are seeking a meticulous Client Services Representative. Your technical knowledge and project delivery expertise will be invaluable as you provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the project life cycle, helping them achieve their goals while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you work closely with internal teams such as engineering and project management to address client concerns and provide technical support. You will maintain accurate records of warranty claims, diligently tracking progress and generating reports for management. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients will be essential, as you understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates, will ensure the smooth progress of projects. Fostering open and effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders will be a priority, enabling successful project delivery and client satisfaction. In addition to managing existing projects, you will actively collaborate with local business development teams, supporting proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and participating in interviews. Your participation in professional associations and conferences will further enhance your expertise and contribute to the industry's growth.

Education/Certification Required: 4-year college degree or technical degree, and/or Equivalent field work

Experience Required: 4+ years of equivalent work experience preferred. This role requires the ability to demonstrate experience and independent responsibility with high confidence in construction management field.

Skills:


  • Proven experience in project management and technical expertise in water and wastewater treatment projects is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project goals.

  • Experience with warranty management and client relationship management.

  • Procore Experience is a Plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel, and MS Project required

  • Passionate about customer service and team success required

  • Clear ability to adjust to changes and adapt and overcome required

Travel:

  • Ability to travel greater than 50% to project sites required. Special project circumstances may require additional working hours on weekends; however, this is typically scheduled in advance.
