Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager in Boston, MA.

Job Description: Lead and monitor customer facing technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Plan detailed project, track resource allocations, estimate duration and effort, ensure timely execution of deliverables, manage project financials through forecasting, implementation, and support. Work closely with the customer, contractor, and internal resources to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of project goals and objectives. Concurrently manage multiple projects across several Key Accounts within North American Region. Prepare reports on project progress and problems. Maintain project artifacts such as project charters, risk registers, issue logs, change order logs and WBS. Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements. Position eligible for 100% remote work, reporting to manager in employer's Boston HQ.

Requirements: Position requires bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in engineering project management, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Managing Data Center Projects and designing electrical distribution systems; Project planning and scheduling using quality management tools, including flowcharts, pareto charts, check sheets, work breakdown structures, and Gantt Charts; Generating financial and personnel resources forecasts, including presenting to high level stakeholders; Liaising with customer team to develop programmatic playbooks; Tracking and presenting KPIs of earned value, critical path, SPI, CPI, burn rate, margin deviation, and estimation at completion; and Developing and maintaining proposals, project plans, risk registers, status reports, RACI and training documentation.
