Moseley's Engineering Recruiter is responsible for fulfilling all requirements set for the Engineering Recruiting team, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment regulations and client specific requirements. The ideal candidate must share our passion for finding and hiring hard-to-find talent for our clients. The selected individual will provide recruiting and sourcing support for various technical positions in engineering and Product Development (systems) and others.
Responsibilities
Play an active role in sourcing and establishing, developing, and engaging with talent pipelines using creative and structured approaches
Continual strategizing with the recruiting team and sourcers in identifying qualified candidates
Create and ensure positive experiences for candidates
Formulate and continually innovate recruiting strategies by translating engineering requirements into sourcing strategies/plans and executing against those plans
Qualify and present potential candidate resumes to clients through approved channels with the goal of adding value to the selection process
Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities in Moseley's Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS, to ensure compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain timely and effective communications with all partners throughout the recruiting process including communication with candidates
Requirements
Expert level skills in Microsoft Office Products including Word, and Excel
Ability to quickly learn and understand computer programs, vendor management and applicant tracking programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player and support the team vision
Ability to travel as needed and flexible work hours to accommodate customers nationwide
Bachelor's Degree in Business related field and/or a minimum 3+ years overall engineering experience with an emphasis in recruitment. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
3+ years' experience in Staffing Industry, to include contract labor and DoD specific job roles, strongly preferred
