Postdoctoral Research Associate
The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, United StatesApplications are invited for a postdoctoral research associate position in the Department of Physics & Astronomy at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville to begin in Spring or Summer 2024. The successful applicant will work with Professor Alan Tennant on novel quantum magnetic phases, out-of-equilibrium phenomena, and application of machine learning. Candidates who have experience in neutron scattering, materials characterization and synthesis, and quantum magnetism are preferred.



Qualifications
Applicants should have a PhD in physics or a closely related field and have a graduation date no later than April 2024.The University of Tennessee is a thriving research university.
