Job Information






Responsibilities:



  • Proctor exams and assessments in a classroom setting


  • Ensure a secure testing environment for students


  • Follow established procedures for checking identification and verifying student eligibility


  • Distribute and collect exam materials


  • Monitor students during exams to prevent cheating or unauthorized behavior


  • Provide assistance and clarification on exam instructions when necessary


  • Maintain accurate records of exam sessions and student attendance





Additional Requirements





Education, Experience, or Certifications:




Education:



  • High School Diploma required





Experience:



  • Two years of experience working with a wide range of students from diverse backgrounds such as race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, learning abilities, class, language, and nationality, preferred





Technical Knowledge or Skills:



  • Experience working with students in an educational setting


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills


  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures


  • Proficiency in the English language


  • Moderate comfort level with technology





Working Conditions:



  • Move in and around the classroom/building to interact with students, faculty, staff, parents, and other members of the community


  • Move test-related equipment/tools, as appropriate, around school property
