Job Description:

Job Duties:

• Transfer contracts from SAP to Salesforce platform.


• Import 1,000 contracts from an Excel spreadsheet into Salesforce.


• Manage service agreements, parts contracts, and new sales contracts within Salesforce.


• Perform basic data entry tasks, such as copying text from one page to another as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in data entry is preferred.


• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and ask questions when needed.


• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately with contract data.

Additional Info:

• Pay: $22-25/hour


• Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible hours (40 hours)


• Location: 100% onsite in Eden Prairie


• Duration: approximately 1 month
