This individual will support members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in performing a range of administrative duties. They should be professional, detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive. The Administrative Assistant will be required to maintain a high level of confidentiality; and should be confident in their decision-making ability.

Essential Functions
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including:
Calendar management: scheduling meetings, ensuring calendars are updated and conflicts are addressed
Coordinating and booking travel arrangements, domestic and international
Expense reporting: gathering receipts, creating and submitting monthly reports, ensuring charges are put to the applicable General Ledger
Coordinating, placing, and setting up catering orders
Copying, scanning, and printing documentation
Shipping documents
Greet and assist ELT visitors
Ensure café area is clean and stocked for ELT visitors
Catering: order placement, set-up, and clean-up
Liaison between business and select Executive Team members
Take the initiative on day-to-day workload
Competencies
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships
Adept at effective and efficient business communication
Ability to listen and take direction
Job Specifications
Leadership Responsibility: This position has no leadership responsibilities.
Work Environment: This position is in Alpharetta, GA and operates in a professional office environment.
Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, working in-office a minimum of 4-days a week with the capability to work remote.
Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
Education & Experience
3-5 years of administrative support in a corporate environment, supporting executive level leaders
Four-year college degree preferred. Technical experience required.
