Inside Sales/Project Coordinator at The Reynolds Company in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

Flow-Zone (An affiliate of The Reynolds Company)is hiring for an Inside Sales/Project Coordinator to be based out of our Houston, TX site.

The Inside Sales/Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and managing project activities for our Rosharon Flow-Zone site that focuses on products that include pipes, valves and fittings.

The Inside Sales/Project Coordinator role includes the following responsibilities:

• Tracking and managing project schedules and deadlines


• Communicating with team members and stakeholders


• Holding team accountable to ensure project goals are met.


• He/She will also assist in logistics management, order entry, documentation, and customer/vendor relations.

To accomplish the functions and responsibilities the following skill sets must be present:

• High school diploma or GED.


• Minimum 1-year work experience (previous experience managing projects and deadlines preferred)


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment


• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred experience)


• Experience using MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.)


• Eager to learn and grow with a team first focus.


• Basic knowledge of PVF (Pipe, valve and fitting products)
