Job Description:


  • Four-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
  • Basic financial training.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, division personnel and outside vendors.

  • Prepare requisitions for major equipment, fixtures and supply items.
  • Prepare specifications adequate for bidding the installation of remodels by appropriate contractors, receive proposals and award contracts.
  • Schedule and monitor project progress, so as to complete projects on time and within capital budget.
  • Ensure that proper documentation occurs throughout the projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local Regulations pertaining to construction projects.
  • Ensure lowest possible cost for any changes after plans have been finalized.
  • Ensure that proper documentation occurs throughout the projects.
