Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct simple simulations and analyses of thermal properties and behaviors of various materials,
• Collaborate with the thermal management expert and engineering team to develop and test new thermal management solutions,
• Contribute to the optimization of GPU performance and reliability in data center environments.

• Some College
• Material Science, Thermodynamics, or related engineering field

• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.

• Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
• Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
• Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
