The Opportunity
Equal Rights Advocates is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Individual Giving Manager to join our growing and dynamic Development team. The Manager plays an important role by supporting ERA's annual fundraising strategy and ensuring goals for individual giving are met through the creation and rollout of a comprehensive individual donor program that increases overall organizational revenue from individual donors through direct outreach (from your solicitation portfolio), data-driven strategies, and masterful mining of our CRM database (Salesforce). This role will also collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Senior Development staff and across departments on a variety of projects engaging individual donors, including ERA's annual gala and other events.
