The manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development. Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of product knowledge and professionalism among staff.
Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
