The Principal Analyst, Workforce Analytics will be responsible for the management and delivery of HR data and insights supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise. This position will serve as the main point of contact for the Talent Acquisition COE and will be required to have a thorough understanding of the processes and strategy. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of reporting solutions and analytics that elevate the performance of Talent Acquisition.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Serve as the main point of contact supporting the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) organization to identify and prioritize HR analytics solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Define, develop, and implement portfolio of TA metrics and reporting solutions to forecast demand, measure productivity, monitor performance, and recommend ongoing improvements. Develop and own TA team capacity model to accurately forecast hiring needs and optimize resources.
  • Identify gaps, issues, or areas of improvement within TA processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with talent acquisition partners and HR reporting team to ensure alignment and proactive delivery of data and analysis.
  • Clearly communicate actionable insights and recommendations to Talent Acquisition leaders to influence decisions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience including Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and insights through storytelling, data visualizations, and verbal communications, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have a broad knowledge of project management.
  • Data Visualization Software: Experience with data visualization software and tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Technical skills: Skills in data science, data management, analytics, reporting, forecasting, and modeling.
  • Problem solving: Well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative, risk-taking and results-oriented mindset.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a global, high matrixed, functional environment. Experience within Human Resource functions within large, multi-national companies is highly desirable.
  • Talent Acquisition: Broad understanding of Talent Acquisition functions, processes, metrics, and technology including Workday Recruiting.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects by partnering with key stakeholders to prioritize requests, define timelines, and align on deliverables.
  • Communication: Builds expertise, trains, and upskills others on data literacy.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
