Your new role
You will be spearheading a number of Retail Commercial Construction interior renovation projects throughout the 5 boroughs. You will be responsible for full project lead on a number of projects, reporting into the headquarters based in Nassau County, Long Island and traveling to the project sites when needed. With multiple projects in the pipeline, this is a long-term career opportunity.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years' experience as New York Construction Project Manager
- Retail Interior Fit-out experience preferred
- Experience on projects valued over $5M preferred
- Full life-cycle experience on previous projects
- Ability to commute to the office in Nassau County
