Title:        Administrative Coordinator – Crisco

Location:     B&G Foods - Cincinnati, OH

Reports To:      Jason Hampton, Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1.    JDE system support for Crisco plant (finishing, production, processing, warehouse, etc.) including,
•    Print out (TBM) work orders that are due i.e., daily, weekly and monthly for all site departments.  
•    Create (TBM) work orders for existing production equipment that have been missing and create new TBMs for safety or quality improvements.
•    Work with warehouse to ensure information is correctly entered into JDE and functions properly.
•    Lead project to add plant facilities equipment in future
•    Edit, modify, close or cancel TBM work orders and create attachments for each model work order.
•    Plant interface with corporate for JDE system issues and upgrades associated to the work order system.
•    Lead trainer for JDE, new or existing employees. 
•    Become site expert with reporting system capabilities within the JDE system.  
•    Develop reports to share needed information regarding maintenance activities occurring throughout facility.
•    Share information with coordinators for follow ups of outages for non TBM workorder issues.
1.  Develop filing system for all JDE paperwork requested by quality department for audit purposes.
2.     Provide administrative support to Human Resources including,
•    Assisting with screening candidates and preparing hiring documents
•    Planning employee events and supporting initiatives
•    Serve as back up to payroll function using ADP system 
3.     Assist with Quality/ Safety/ Sustainability activities, as needed
4.    Other duties as assigned
Education:
•    High school graduate is required

Experience:
•    Previous working knowledge in JDE computer system
•    Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
•    Detail orientated and ability to prioritize
•    Strong communication skills; oral and written
•    Ability and desire to work in a team environment
•    Previous payroll experience
