Job Description:

The Power System Application and Segment leader plays a vital role in optimizing our Engineered to Order(ETO) switchgear portfolio to address the specific needs of key customer segments and applications. You will leverage market research, develop targeted product playbooks, and collaborate closely with our commercial and sales teams to ensure our offerings perfectly align with customer requirements and messaging. This role will be responsible for a complete view on power systems architectures to include medium voltage and low voltage solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to specific needs within key customer segments for ETO switchgear.

• Analyze existing ETO switchgear portfolio and identify opportunities to create tailored solutions to address specific customer segment requirements.

• Develop detailed playbooks outlining optimal product recommendations for targeted customer segments and applications.

• Partner with the Power Systems Commercial team, segment leaders, and sales representatives to ensure alignment between product offerings and targeted messaging.

• Create compelling solution presentations highlighting Schneider's unique value proposition for each segment.

• Track and analyze market and portfolio performance, identifying areas for further optimization and recommending product roadmap adjustments based on customer needs and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or a related field with a focus on technical products, preferably within the power generation or distribution industry.

• Strong understanding of the ETO switchgear market and its dynamics, along with a customer-centric approach.

• Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive product playbooks or similar documentation.

• Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis techniques is a plus.
