Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Director, Corporate Governance (Legal)

Location: Goleta, CA

The Role

Under the general supervision of the Director, Corporate Governance, provides the Legal team with administrative support to ensure that the department is well organized. Duties include general clerical and project-based work. Must manage conflicting priorities of various people you support through excellent time management, excellent internal communication and with a positive team player attitude. Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• 1. General administrative support to legal department staff


• 2. Support attorneys and paralegals in various functions


• 3. Process timely execution of projects

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
