The People Operations Analyst will be a part of the Dun & Bradstreet, People Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage requests within the Workday Help case management system to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR Administrators to ensure timely project completion, adjusting deadlines and priorities as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks within Workday, including task reassignment, business process corrections, creating and maintaining scheduled reports, and handling ad-hoc requests such as document management and announcement updates.
  • Project-manage bi-annual Workday releases, ensuring timely completion of impact assessments, testing, and sign-offs.
  • Create and upload EIB templates in Workday for various business processes.
  • Handle ad-hoc Workday projects, including security audits, testing, and other support requested by the HR Administrators or HR shared services team.
  • Experience

  • BA/BS with 0-2 years of experience in operations/project management/HR.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
