Property Manager to $150K - Work in Real Estate!



Our client, a commercial and residential real estate firm, is seeking a Property Manager to provide operational oversight for the day-to-day management of an owned commercial property! The Property Manager will manage and supervise both operational and financial initiatives to ensure that property expectations and goals are met. Responsibilities include overseeing internal and contracted departments, supervising construction and maintenance, managing building facilities, maintaining tenant relationships, assisting with leasing contracts, and implementing new opportunities for the property. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of property management experience, a bachelor's degree, supervisory experience, proficiency with building systems, and has an excellent ability to work with and communicate effectively with tenants, employees, and merchants within a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities.
