Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Aurora, Ohio

Job Description:

The role will involve:
Extensive calendar management and alignment
Booking hotel, travel, and transport as well as trip preparation for the family
Appointment scheduling
Communication and coordination with household staff and onsite vendors
Errands, returns, other administrative duties as assigned
Serve as backup transporation for children in case of emergency

60-75k + discretionary bonus.
2 weeks PTO
Must have reliable transportation, mileage is reimbursable.
40 hours/week, consistent weekly schedule.
Working from the home in Aurora OH

Looking for someone who has acted as an Executive Assistant + Personal support, a Personal Assistant, or a Nanny with Household Management duties. 2+ years of experience in support of a household with dedicated staff required.
