Hazardous Materials Technician Assistant The Landfill of North Iowa, a publicly owned Integrated Solid Waste Management Facility, is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time Hazardous Materials Technician Assistant position. The successful candidate will assist with the Household Hazardous Waste program. A job application and detailed job description are available at www.landfillnorthiowa.org. The successful candidate shall have a minimum of two years of hazardous materials handling experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. An environmental, chemistry, or science-related associates degree is preferred. Must have or be able to obtain a Class B CDL and 24-hour HAZWOPER certification within six months.
