The Role:
Moody's seeks an experienced SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis to work closely with the Moody's Divisional CFO. The SVP will drive financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will have creative energy, strong financial acumen, a collaborative spirit, and executive presence.

Key responsibilities include leading the Annual Operating Plan, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting, Executive-level Analytics, and Investment Governance processes. The SVP will also manage the strategic reporting framework, supporting Moody's narrative for key stakeholders including the Moody's Analytics (MA) President, Chief Operating Officer, the MA Senior Leadership team, the Moody's Executive Leadership team, the Board of Directors, and the Corporate Planning, External Reporting, and Investor Relations teams.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the annual operating plan, rolling monthly, and quarterly forecast processes across the Business Finance teams supporting the MA operating units and central functions.
- Enhancing and streamlining financial planning and reporting processes.
- Building meaningful reports to highlight areas for decision-making for key stakeholders.
- Leading the quarterly earnings processes for MA, including coordinating and preparing financial, product, business strategy, and operational analytics for investor presentations.
- Monitoring the external landscape to ensure MA is using the best metrics to convey its strategy and results.
- Participating in key strategic projects as needed, including Pricing, Go to Market, Sales Deployment, and Product Profitability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another business discipline.
- Over 10 years of FP&A, strategy, or management consulting experience, preferably with SaaS or FinTech exposure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to propose and execute new projects and ideas.
- Quick learning abilities and leadership skills to guide knowledgeable stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Team player who can collaborate with peers inside and outside Finance to meet firm objectives.
- Experience with financial modelling, capital investment, and management accounting.
- Familiarity with Hyperion, OneStream, or similar EPM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Must always operate from a stakeholder perspective, proactively seeking ways to better support our customers. The successful candidate will:

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$192,500]] - [[$279,200]], depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
