  • Cultivate new and expand on existing B2B client relationships in the Twin Cities area, using various communication channels. You will be selling courier / transportation services.

  • This role involves A to Z selling: business development, inside sales, outside sales, and account management.

  • Independently generate new business opportunities, with support from the sales manager and company-provided client lists.

  • Utilize in-person meetings, cold calling, email, and text messaging to attract new business, emphasizing relationships, service, and pricing.

  • Manage and service acquired customers, handling larger needs, issues, and competitive pressures.

  • Retain clients through relationship-building efforts, with potential for additional assigned house accounts.

  • Generate leads, assess customer needs, schedule appointments, and develop innovative sales strategies for our transportation solutions.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred + atleast 2 years of sales experience in the transportation / logistics industry

  • Demonstrated phone prospecting/cold calling experience; must be a deal closer who thrives in a full cycle sales environment from cold calling to deal closing.




Details:






  • Pay: Commission is uncapped, and the comp is as follows:

    • At the end of their first year, a rep will generally be making $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

    • At the end of year two, the rep will be at $120,000 to $160,000.

    • Following that, the rep will generally max out at $250,000-$350,000.

    • ** We will pay a guaranteed minimum commission in addition to the salary ($30-40K) to bring the reps initial compensation to $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Once their commissions exceed the guarantee, their pay is based solely on commissions earned plus the salary ($30-40K). **



  • Location: This role will offer a flexible , hybrid work schedule after training. Must complete training in-office in Roseville and it can be remote 1 to 2 days a week after that!

    • You will also be out in the "field" in your territory in the Twin Cities visiting clients in-person
