How You Will Help:

• Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap for the organization.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with cybersecurity requirements and regulations.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies and standards in compliance with NIST CSF and CMMC requirements.
• Oversight of risk areas that need to be addressed by operational support teams that will be tasked with applying corrective measures.
• Provide guidance and training to staff and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage cybersecurity projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget.
• Management of third-party risk assessments and auditors' requests.
• Perform third-party risk management assessments to evaluate the security practices and compliance of vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Lead and coordinate the response to security incidents and breaches.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and threats in the cybersecurity domain, and provide recommendations and solutions to enhance the company's security capabilities.

What You Will Have:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT security with demonstrated career progression.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ideally well versed in risk and privacy frameworks and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CMMC, etc.
• Strong hands-on experience across cybersecurity domains, such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, threat intelligence, etc.
• Experience in manufacturing, working with IT and OT devices, and/or network segmentation strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
