Weekend RN Supervisor, Saturday & Sunday from 10am-6pm.

McKinley Park Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of admissions and hospital discharge workflows, and a strong commitment to prioritizing patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.


• Facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team and with patients and their families.


• Manage admissions and hospital discharge processes efficiently.


• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and enhance patient outcomes.


• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.


• Participate in training and development programs for nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of California.


• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.


• Strong understanding of admissions and hospital discharge processes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $46.00 - $52.00 per hour
