What you'll do on a typical day:
The role of the Sr. HRIT Manager will be the voice and face of the HRIT Integration platform and strategy for corporate systems. They will be responsible for vendor management for various developers of middleware and the owner for the HR and Payroll Architecture. A key factor for this leader will also be ensuring our governance and full SDLC is ensured. This person will be required to provide insight into future roadmaps and strategies while also ensuring business continuity at a global level.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Integrations
Manage HRIT Integration platform roadmap and strategy, including tool selection, development & support standards, planning and coordination with Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture team
Design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi Atmosphere platform, SAP Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform, Talend Data Integration
Ensure Integration solutions are delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner, with a high degree of quality, while meeting Business expectations
Lead Integrations Team, providing central oversight to consistency and compatibility of development across HR landscapes/projects
Manage and facilitate the work of self-directed project teams, including capacity and resource planning, project financial management and vendor management
Develop direct reports to increase the bench strength and flexibility of the team; handle all responsibilities for managing staff, including interviewing/hiring/terminating, conducting performance reviews, developing employees, coaching and teambuilding
Oversee the day-to-day progress of project(s) and release initiatives with regard to time, budget, scope and quality and apply processes to report release status, issues, key metrics and deliverables.
Manage change by actively communicating with dependent groups.
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, MIS or technical area, or any suitable combination of education, experience and training
7 or more years of cross-functional IT Integrations solutions development and technical project management experience
5+ years of QA experience, preferably in HR, Payroll, Benefits and Time and Attendance area
3 or more years of experience managing and/or leading self-directed teams of professionals; 3 years of Dell Boomi or similar iPaaS toolset experience
Experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central, data model, SFAPI/ODATA API and Integration Center
Solid knowledge of IT system development lifecycle, development methodologies and processes, architectural environments, security standards and technology tools
Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources, and to develop, recommend and implement solutions
Ability to travel occasionally2+ years of relevant QA Lead or Manager experience
Demonstrated ability to pick-up and understand new technologies and applying the new technology to the benefits of the business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision
It'd be great if you also have:
Experience with implementing integrations for Global HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance initiatives
Experience with Jira
Experience with Talend or other middleware tools & technologies
Programming experience with Java and related technologies
Experience with creating Service catalog & API Management
Automation development or RPA experience would be a plus
Professional Dell Boomi Developer or Architect certification would be a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
Ability to bring resolution to highly-complex and stressful situations
Highly effective in prioritizing and organizing workload, while allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame
