Job Description:

Job Summary:
Support the accounting department with data gathering, data analysis, reconciliations, certain tax preparation, accounting system and process support

Job Duties:

Prepare account reconciliations
Prepare journal entries
Analyze and update job cost data
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
Gather data for sales tax returns and research tax issues and rates
Subject Matter Expert for accounting ERP modules such as AP and AR and support related functions
Prepare basic financial analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2-5 years of relevant, hands-on experience preferred
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
