What You Will Contribute:
The Manufacturing Process Specialist is a first point of contact for the Manufacturing Engineering Group. They are involved with work instruction management, continuous improvement development/implementation, Production troubleshooting, initiating Root Cause Analysis, assisting in process development/review, corrective action reports, validation runs for new product, as well as general Production support.
Major Job Duties/Accountability:
- Troubleshoot production issues such as: systems not working, incorrect parts, BOM discrepancies, broken tooling, etc.
- Develop/Revise Work Instructions for production in the areas of Meter Assembly and Meter Testing.
- Continuous Improvement Development/Implementation
- Work with Manufacturing Engineers and Production personnel to development/review Production processes.
- Initiate Root Cause Analysis on Meter Assembly/Test failures.
- Process Corrective Action Reports
- Perform validation Runs with Production personnel and develop necessary reports.
Qualifications
:
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with testing equipment such as; Multimeters, power supply, data acquisition systems, temperature probes, and mensor pressure measurement devices
- Associates Degree preferred
