The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Burkburnett, TX area.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize production operations within the facility
- Facilitate CI projects
- Coach associates on the floor in continuous improvement efforts
- Industrial engineering responsibilities: value stream mapping, time studies, etc.
- Work closely with quality department
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, Engineering
- 3+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma certification a plus
