Position Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to typing, filing, mail, copying, office supplies, and phone coverage. Also will provide administrative and staff support to the general organizational operations. This position provides all necessary organizational support and is responsible for a variety of other tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable data entry into Lawson A/P module, Scanning/indexing using Clerical support to respond to inquiries and special requests from management, and other Accounts Payable duties as needed. This role is subject to being rotated to other desks within the department and expected to perform duties of assigned desk.
