This Project Coordinator role will be in support of Global Supply Chain (GSC) Knowledge Management (KM). The individual will work closely with the entire KM team in helping to design and implement tools and resources. The role will operate as the SME for the KM tools and processes. A high level of autonomy will be expected, while also providing overall support for project and team deliverables. Meeting planning and execution will be minimal but required from time to time. The role will report directly to the GSC KM COE.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
• Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
• Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
• Gathers and compiles information for reports.
• Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

• Medtronic experience
• Experienced Knowledge Management practitioner
• Experience with content management in KM systems
• Competency in Service Now
• Competency in Degreed (LXP)
• Training content development
• Experienced in effective training delivery
• Technology and strong systems aptitude
• Experience submitting, tracking and communicating outcome of IT tickets
• Experience with survey tool, Medallia preferred
• Agility to shift in focus as team's work demands
• Strong communication skills
• Strong team player

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
