The Supervisor IT Applications oversees the Kronos and Lawson application teams, leveraging the talent of staff to implement, support, and optimize IT systems to meet the needs of the organization and engaging with operational leaders. There is currently ample opportunity to optimize the existing ERP. This position will focus on individual team members, including creating objectives, assigning and prioritizing work, and utilizing technical expertise to mentor team members on technical standards.

Qualifications
Relevant IT experience with Infor Lawson, Oracle, or WorkDay ERP is required. Experience with Lawson is ideal. Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and understand Infor Lawson and operational areas to drive optimization opportunities.
Strong communication and desire to engage and partner with operational areas.
Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
