The Adobe Workfront Global System Administrator will report to the Manager, Employee Tools & Experience. The Workfront Global Administrator will develop & deploy tools, processes and maintain governance of the system level build for project and portfolio tracking collaboration within Workfront. This role will be responsible for delivering Workfront trainings to the MGB end user community and will serve as the gatekeeper for all platform system level global administration and configuration.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



The Adobe Workfront Global Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Workfront platform. This role will take into account system level processes and ensure build governance for project and portfolio tracking, communication, oversight and collaboration within Workfront.


The role includes the following responsibilities:


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand current state, difficulties and provide solutions to meet needs.


• Partner with all applicable stakeholders, including Workfront Digital and non-Digital group system administrators to ensure consistency between the teams.


• Ensure that build standards and best practices are upheld within the platform to maintain consistency.


• Provide executive level summaries and reporting related to portfolios when appropriate.


• Collaborate with business partners to create process requirements for the Workfront System Admin


• Serve as Departmental Subject Matter Expert, communicating current process, requirements, objectives, and challenges


• Facilitate Workfront onboarding and license provisioning


• Responsible for system optimization, audits, clean-up and maintaining data integrity


• Perform basic troubleshooting and support ticket escalation


• Contribute to documented processes for adoption, standardization, and alignment


• Serve as lead on Adobe Workfront platform management, including the following activities: Contract management, System administration - controls global functionality for instance, Workfront Instance support (2nd level of support for enterprise Workfront users when "local" super users are unable to resolve an issue.) , Onboarding groups - provides advisory to Workfront and MGB group with insights that accelerates the path to operational use of WF.


• Manage and perform system upgrades and new configurations.


• Maintain environment (Sandbox, Playground, Production)


• Distribute ongoing in-platform system admin notifications to group admins, as appropriate for upcoming development opportunities, webinars, release items that will impact group admins and end-users.


• Lead regular group admin surveys in connection with Workfront CSM and maintain listing of business stakeholders for each group.


Participate in Adobe Workfront Governance committee
Serve as liaison between Adobe Workfront vendor & MGB group administration community
Take ownership over ITSM Change Management process for master, system level changes. Ensure change records are submitted to CCB for any system level updates.
Assist local group administration teams to creates tools to monitor and report resource capacity and demand metrics and dashboards
Exhibit sound and accurate decision making and serves as an expert resource for problem solving

Working Conditions:



• This position is hybrid and requires occasional local travel to MGB office at Assembly Row, sites, vendors, and/or conferences



Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required


• Minimum of 10 years of project and/or program management experience, preferably in healthcare


• Deep understanding of the inner workings of IT organizations (key drivers of operational excellence, strategy definition, project execution, project management and lean operations)


Information Systems Clinical and/or Administrative application experience preferred
Adobe Workfront experience/certifications a plus
Vendor management experience a plus
Contracting experience a plus
Strong Office365 skills preferred



Skills/Abilities/Competencies:



• Strong Critical thinking skills with the ability to observe, interpret, analyze, evaluate and explain complex ideas with clarity - verbal and written - to teams and executives


• Strong tools implementation skills with specific focus on collaboration, productivity and project management tools (e.g. Workfront, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite and Visio).


• Proven ability to automate the production and distribution of dashboards and metrics


• Ability to coach, mentor and train team members in processes, procedures and methodologies


• Effective working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment


• Leader encompassing excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams including both technical and non-technical personnel.


• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Able to create high quality deliverables suitable for an executive audience.


• Ability to cooperatively and effectively work with people from all organizational levels to build consensus through negotiation and diplomacy.


• Commitment to high quality customer service and teamwork.


• Ability to understand the enterprise environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals.


• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and perform with integrity and responsibility.

• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed


• Flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and over-arching strategy
